Completely new truck
did you just get the leveling kit or the kit with the leveling kit, rear blocks, and shocks? its for the 4x2 but idk if it really makes a dif on a 4x4 or not. just wondering why you would decide to take the TM kit off and replace it with the RC kit. i "hear" from a few ppl via pms that the tm kit is better due to where it is mounted as it is better on/for our suspension. the RC guy hasnt pm'd me back about the kit for the 4x4, and i would like to hurry and decide as i am getting tires ASAP as i get my leveling kit on, which i need to order ASAP
Welcome home and our family's thanks.
Sounds great on the plans for the truck. I would stay away from the OEM fog lights though. I have and many othershave has internal lenses fractures happen form use. The dealers are replacing them under warranty but I am sure it will continue long past warranty. I will be going to a 3rd. party lights at that time. Just letting you know about that situation. The 68.5 TB and 180 T-stat is a good move along with a power wire.
Be safe

Do you think if the lenses get cracked, I can replace them with 3rd party lights, and just splice them in and keep the factory switch?

there is a way to do it, i think its the same switch as the later years gen 1 durangos so go search that forum i found it once for you guys, but dont have time to look now
The light doesn't mater the factory switch will work. Note that the factory switch has twisted pair CAN-B wires attached to the switch assembly. The CAN-B is used in this case for battery saver time out and controls the fog lights to go off when the highs are turned on.
Hey, is there someone out there with an SLT that can PM me their VIN. I am trying to order the primered bumper cover that is ready to paint, but I need a VIN for that model to order it. Thanks.
