well i have a ? for ya. when it rains, do you get black streaks runnin down your pannels from the cover? i always got them on my ram when i had the soft tonneau, but then again, my truck was white
Never had that problem with mine, or the soft tonneau I had on my last truck. Only thing that sucks about it is when it's cold out the cover is so tight I'd never get it back on w/o ripping it if I were to take it off (cheap cover, no adjustable tension).

What's with the grill in that one pic? It looks like you've cut then center section completely out and it's just one big gaping hole. []

Nope, took an idea from the Charger R/T Daytona, and worked on my truck...

You'll see more soon! :-)

i have some camera questions, if you guys have a moment...

i currently use a nikon coolpix...and it takes decent pictures for its age...but i want to move up. i know a few people who have the nikon D40, and they have nothing but good things to say about it. i have had several nikon cameras, and have liked them all...im comparing the D40 to the D40x.

i almost exclusively take pictures of parked cars...often inside, in odd lighting situations...and outside, during the day.

thoughts? i dont want any "nikon is trash" replies, but if people could recommend other similar quality cameras, id be interested in hearing about my options.

with the D40 and D40x, do they come with a lens, or do I need to buy one? i see quite a few "packages" at places like ritz that come with lenses

I've honestly never used a Nikon camera, but have a few friends that do, and say they take superb pictures...

I'm not sure on your price limit, but I picked up my Canon 40D for 1589 out the door... Jimbo here, has a 30D, which, for the most part, is the same camera, with 2 less megapixels, and a few other things less, like I believe his has a DIGIC II processor, whereas mine, has a DIGIC III...

I'd say test out some Canon's first, the 30D is going online in some places for around 900 w/ lens...

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...al_Camera.html

Click that, and check out some of their prices... my best friend showed me this site, as he has boughten TONS, of products from there, and is very pleased with them...
