2005 Dak Quad V8 19,000 miles

Everytime I come back to the dodge forum, I find an answer for an issue that I'm having. This just recently started happening for me too. It's only when I turn to the left that it "pops". I can easily reproduce it the sound too. Dodge here I come! (also having front end nightmares, I know our front end blows but mines just not right, shakes/shimmies/rattles/rolls, it's driving me mad!).
