i just hate things that beep All 5 of the Caravans my work has (2x2010, 3x2011) Ding without your seat belt on....and they ALSO do it if the Passenger doesnt haha, 2 Guys at work HATE it. I just buckle up lol |

I just buckle up lol ooo dont get me wrong i buckle up, but i turn on the truck first then get settled in and then put the seat belt on i even pull the microwave at 0:01 just to not hear the beeping |

My sensor or whatever it is that tells the truck the belt is fastened must have gone out because it acts like the belt isn't buckled when it actually is. Is there any way to disable the chime, in my case, without taking it in for repairs? I tried the solution above but it doesn't work in this case.
In any case you need to get it fixed. The airbag system will not activate if it does not see the seat belt done up. |
