Dealer does'nt know their head from their...
It's a class IV. The Parts guysare limited on the info that Dodge gives them. I called looking for the size of the spare tire on a Neon and they could not tell me. It was not in their computer. Thats Dodge's fault not the dealers.

Yeah, Dodge may call it a class 4...however, the ratings on the weight capacities specify nothing about it being close to a class 4...unless you are counting the 7,700lb rating with weight distribution. Technically, "with weight distribution" should not define the "class X" of the hitch. Oh, and by the way, our parts guy a few posts up even clarifies that it is a class 2.
