2005 Dakota Quad Cab 4.7
Just purchased the above vehicle with 34K miles. Have been told it only has 36K mile warranty AND have also been told, it has 36K bumper to bumper, and 70K powertrain warranty.
Anybody out there know for sure?
Also, any problem with upper ball joints on this vehicle?

From common topic post - My understanding is the standard warranty for the 2005 Dakota is 36 months/36,000 miles, BUT there is also a powertrain only warranty (read the exclusions) for 70 months/70,000 miles. I was told there is anextended warranty available thatcovers everything for 70/70,000,
