For me it's about 95% the vehicle and 5% the owner. I try not to let the owner affect it since I often don't know all of the people running but it is hard to remain 100% unbiased.

x2, especially when you branch out of just the 3rd gen dakota section.....frenchy and i were talkin about TOTM a few nights ago, i told him to swap the 4.7 out for a diesel and then he would have a shot
