he's legit. I called him on the shipping mistake and he responded and fixed it right-a-way. I've been selling on ebay for 7 years. If he wasn't legit, he wouldn't bothered looking at it and fixing it.

I don't know, dude. Some of the people who do the Ebay thing full-time or whatever, a lot of them don't seem to have a brain or any common sense. Half of them don't know what they have (or that's how it seems) and they just post off of generic info about whatever the product shows. I've gotten some killer deals off of Ebay, either because the seller doesn't know what the stuff is worth, or they don't know how to maximize their listing to get people to see it and bid. There are scammers on there, but just because a listing might seem confusing or 'misinformed' doesn't mean it wouldn't be a good buy.
