Default Factory Class IV Hitch

Can anyone tell me where I can get the small bolt up receiver that the factory puts on and a ballpark cost?
Thanks

I actually bought a Draw tite frame mount hitch for mine but it doesn't mount up quite right. The receiver tubeis on a slight down angle from the nose to tail. I was pulling apop up camper that weighed about 1500 lbs and it wasnt an issue but now I have a larger camper and I need to look into something that wont put any excessive strain on the ball. I guess I need the factory hitch that mounts to the existing crossbar. .. Or do some modification to the existing setup to level it out.
