Probably a good bit. The good shops usually make most of their money off insurance. When my grandfather rolled his Ram insurance quoted it due to the estimate from the shop (diff one than my Dak is at). When he took it in and asked for a quote to fix it himself it was a few thousand lower. He ended up doing most of the work himself and having someone paint it for ridiculously cheap, actually made money on the whole ordeal. Last we heard the guy he sold it to was still using it up north and it had over 300,000 miles on it.
