Yep, covers the bed rails and locks on with little black clips. I am missing one clip though. I just came in from wiring up my 7 pin rv harness, what a pain in the butt.

As for directions, find Harrisburg,Pa on a map, the find route 322 west. once you hit Harrisburg I am only about 50 minutes north. Harrisburg has an I76 exit but I am not sure what # it is. It is very close to the airport.

If you're coming from the west, take Exit 226 off the PA turnpike, travel the Miracle Mile to I-81 North to 322 West.

Quad Cab, is that the four door cab? We have a 2006 4dr cab short bed. Sorry I don't know more of the terms yet. I would love to get that, but it's a long drive from Arizona, made that trip in '88.
