E85 fuel
It seems to be fairly popular in the Midwest. That and Biodiesel. And rightfully so, since there are tons of farmers there (although, the best soil in the world is being over taken by retarded homes).
I don't have a problem with E85, just making it out of corn is one of the least efficent ways. I hear (I believe) sugar cane is one of the best.

cool, I've been reading about it on the internet and the only info I found is that the fuel filter would need to be replaced if I ran this fuel in an older engine cause it burns hotter and would cause carbon build up to burn off
Most of the '07+ 4.7s are E85 compatible...there will be a little "FlexFuel" logo on the right side of your tailgate...but everyone's right, aside from the higher octane, it's not cost effective.
Ah, despite what you all think, most of you are inaccurate. Actually, E85 can be more cost effective depending on how you drive it. The milage lost due to the amount of fuel necessary to run stoich does not over power the cost of the fuel. Now, in some states, maybe. This is all relative to the cost of E85.
And by the way, you should all feel the power difference between E85 and premium gasolene before judging it. I'm not trying to step on anyones toes, but this topic should not be so bias. It's kind of a big thing here in Colorado.

The guys on the turbo coupe boards love the E85 because they can run higher boost and timing and its cheaper than 110 octane that I have to run since there are no E85 stations within 150 miles that I know of

Considering you use about 25% more fuel, and it's not ridiculously cheaper...
It's not worth it.
