I'm looking for a Chrome Fuel Door (perferably just a door COVER) not the WHOLE DOOR for my truck.

I've checked several sites, and local auto access. dealers and coming up with NOTHING.

I know Mopar/Dodge have the WHOLE DOOR for like $100, but I dont really want to spend that much.

I see PUTCO carries a DOOR COVER for the Ram, but does anyone know if that would be that same door size as the Dakota?

Anyone know where to get a door cover or do I have to go for the full door?

Any info would be great!

id say ur best bet is to just get the whole thing, idk if they make that for the dakota

 

I see PUTCO does have a Chrome Door Cover for an new 2008 Dakota, what's the possibilites of that fitting the 05 Dakota?

 

I am not sure of the brand, but can check. At both Auto Zone and Checker, I saw chrome gas door cover and locking chrome gas door, and I am pretty sure there was a listong for late model Dakotas on one or twoi packages, I will check it for you ASAP.

 

Personally I think the covers look rather tacky, I think it's worth it to get the door, btw check ebay they have a bunch of doors and covers for our trucks.

personally i love my black fuel door looks sweet

 

i was looking for covers about a year ago and didnt find anything. i had to go with the whole door and i must say i love it.

 

I got the Bully Locking one (can't be too carefull now a days) Only thing is I have to make sure in the winter, it doesn't get salt built up. It imakes it harder to open
