You have to use your current turn signal bulbs but yes, the other bulbs are included. I have H1 silver stars in there now for the low beams. They are currently going for 150+40 for shipping on e-bay, so about 190 total. I'll sell them for 125 and I'll pay for shipping. But I gotta know by Thursday night.
