Ive not gotten the official word as to what happened yet, but im glad to see that the tech guys fixed it so quickly. kudos to them!
I believe that it was some sort of glitch, or so i understood, with the software.

midnight's probably had to quote it a lot...for some reason, there's quite a few people bent out of shape over the forum being down so long.
the only reason it sucked so bad is that i had to do work all day, instead of lurking around here.
