Default Those with spray in bed liners- Question for you

I'm getting ready to Herculine my bed today and I was masking off the rails and I can't decide where to put the tape.

For those that have the over the rail liners- does it cover just the flat-top part, or does it cover the bend down towards the fender as well? I realize this may not make much sense, but I can't tell if it should stop at the bottom of the bend to provide just a little more coverage for when you're loading things in from the side.

Pics would be really helpful if anyone has em.

Also, I know not many people are fans of the Herculiner, but for $80 compared to $480, I think I'll take my chances. I've used it before in my Jeep on the floorboard and loved it. My Dak isn't going to see heavy bed use, so I'm comfortable with the Herc.

Thanks in advance,

Sean

I've got a Rhino sprayed in liner and it is over the rail. I don't have any pictures right off hand, but it doesn't come down far at all. Where the rail starts to break over is about where it stops. Hope that helped.

Thanks guys. I taped one side at the bottom of the curve and the other at the top. I really can't decide which I like better.

I have a Rugged Ridge tri-fold cover, but it doesn't completely cover the top of the rails anyway. I was kinda leaning towards the bottom of the curve, but we'll see once I get done prepping it. It is a real bitch, and it's hot as hell today.
