I want to paint my hood to match the theme on my truck, and I need everyone's opinion...

This is a quick... < 2 minute photoshop job, but I think it gets the point across...

 

Definitely need to get the R/T style hood or the deep throat hood if you are going to do that. It will a lot better that way at least in my opinion.

 

idk man, I can paint anything... and at a cost of only 10 dollars to me, why not do it...?

 

I'm not saying don't do it but I just think that the blackpart would look better if it was a painted scoop similar to the one on the deep throat style hood. On the regular hood it just looks out of place to me but it's your truck man if you like it that's all that matters.

LoL nope sorry man. I still owe my g/f's cousin $700 for the 50" DLP tv I just got from her so that's where my money is going.

 

Not a bad looking piece of art, a different hood would set it off better, but it doesnt look bad plain. Doooooo it!

Shibby I kn you gave up on your truck, I guess buying a tv instead of painting your truck a different color cements it in stone

 

I don't really want to pour too much money into mine, i think Ill be adding cruise control, some seat covers, a k&n intake, and probably power locks and keyless entry but other than that I probably will leave it alone. I want to start paying it down as soon as I get my other bills caught up completely. I should have used my economic stimulas to pay off the tv but instead I bought a ps3 and metal gear solid 4. Oh well, lifes short and I am young so I am going to enjoy myself.
