I've noticed on both my front and rear bumper these little "blemishes". They have just recently started showing up. Upon closer inspection they are a series of small circular indentations with black rings around them...I've tried just about everything I can think of to remove them. They resemble a fungus or something... I'm mainly concerned because I can feel how rough they are and have messed up my clear coat a bit. Please help...

 

the only thing i could suggest to you is wash it really good and wax it a couple times, it should come out great, other then that buy some touch up paint if u see some black........
