Default Acceleration Vibration

Does anyone know what could be the cause of a vibration that only occurs when accelerating from a full stop and quits when its shifts out of first. It's an automatic. I took it too my local shop and they charged me 50 bucks to first say the driveshaft COULD be it and they would have to send it to a machine shop to find out, then calls me saying my transmission could be falling apart. Its an 05 with only 10,000 miles on it ( got to love old people, bought it used the guy barely drove it) and i have to 7 year 70,000 mile powertrain warranty. Its going to the dealer friday, but do you guys have any ideas or previous experiences with something like this?

Rotors would affect braking though. It didn't sit too awfully long, Ihad to have the tensioner pully replaced though.

its just that six banger crying for you to let of the gas. might want to check motor mounts or even the tranny brackets for loose bolts.

If you use the gear selector to hold it in 1st and accelerate will it vibrate until you let it shift to second or does it stop after a certain RPM?

Hmm, if it vibrates some at the same RPM's in other gears it could be a motor mount.
