Well I called the owner of the operation and he and I have a meeting at 0900 tomorrow morning. I'm sure things will go well. I'm very well educated on what's going on and what he's doing illegal now.

 

Sounds like they messed up and are trying to make you pay for their mistakes. If I were you I would begetting the contract out and thoroughly reading through the entirety of itto make sure there isn't something that they put in there to screw you over in this situation.Go talk to a lawyer though regardless of anything they say, just to get a legal idea of what you are up against. I would also talk to as local a lawyer as possible or try to find a lawyer that has had previous experience dealing with Allans in particular. If these guys have done this before there may be a lawyer in the area that knows something about them.

 

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! SNEAKY SONSABITCHES! I went in and talked to the owner. We chatted for about 2 hours...he was trying to be my friend for about the first 10 minutes and finally realized that we were not friends. We got down to business and I bargained him down to $1000 over 6 months. I also saw what he drives so maybe I'll just go take a **** on it one day.
