Get your tint on!
Hrmmm... I've had 2.5% on my front doors for about 2 months now, .5% on the rear three, and a 5% 6" brow, and you can't see in my truck from the front...
Eric, I'm buying some of that tint from the site you told me about... :-)

Oh, and lowcountrykid, your rear three AREN'T 0%, in that picture of the rear window I can see the white car in front of your truck...
0% = no light transmission... which in theory would mean you couldn't see through it at all...

frenchy, are you ordering the charcoal or the smoke? also look at the professional line... it only comes in 60 inch rolls, but they will cut it down for you. (I would go with 40 inch and 20 inch)
I usually just got with the Smoke 7year... but the charcoal has a lifetime. the smoke matches our rear color exact...

SO I have a question about tinting...i've been thinking about doing my truck. I currently have a SLT CC with only the rear doors tinted. I would like to match the entire truck as close as possible among the doors and the rear window.
You had mentioned that the factory tint is around 17%...so wouldn't that already be illegal in VA where you need 50% VLT on the rear sides/rear window and need 35%VLT on the front. Anyway, just looking for some insight.

why would your front windows be allowed to be darker than the rears?
I need to find my tint law guide... Its around here some place.
here is whats considered "legal" in VA
Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 35% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 35% of light in.
