Default Header Problems

Okay i got my JBA Headers in and the drivers side went on fine but the passenger side where it connects into the Y-pipe it doesn't hook up right...like the angle that was put on the header for it to go down into the Y-pipe isn't right...anybody have any ideas what i could do? I'm thinking about just going to a custom shop tomorrow and have the Y-pipe Cut where it bolts to the header and have that part but on the header firmly and then make a new pipe that will connect back into my exhaust.

when you purchase the jba cat forward headers you also need to get there y-pipe. for that reason. some of them bolt directly with out any problems and others need the y-pipe that is matched to the headers. its the way the motor is sitting in the engine compartment, some are offset for some stupid reason.
