Default New truck questions!

Hey guys! I just bought an 05 Dakota and found this forum. I've been reading over several of the other posts, and had some questions of my own I was hoping to get some help on.
1. Are the Autolite 3923's gonna be ok for a bone-stock 4.7L (not the H.O.)?
And why are they better than the Autolite factory replacements?
2. Do our trucks really do better with the full synthetic engine oil? I've always run Valvoline Durablend and had no probs, but if the synthetic makes this engine run better would it be worth it for me to use it?
3. I wanted to service my differentials, but found where someone had said the dealership services them to inspect the cheap clips. Is it worth paying approx. $100 per axle to have the dealership service over doing a fluid swap myself?
4. Lastly, why are so many people against the Fram oil filters?
Any input would be greatly appreciated, cause I'm wanting this truck to last me a loooong time.

Yes synthetic is better- improved fuel miles, less oil changes, no sludge build up. These engines have a sludge problem.
Fram oil filters were independently tested and disected and found to be overpriced junk. Do a search on this forum to find the info.
Personally I reguard dealer service as inferior and only go to the dealer for warranty work. Besides I would be afraid to even get my oil changed there because they never stock any parts I always have to go 2 times for 1 repair because they must order everyday parts, nothing special
For some reason our trucks run better on Autolite 3923 plugs they are 1 range colder and give a smoother idle and better acceleration. Most of us on this forum have changed to them and been happy we did. You don't realize how bad your truck was running untill you change.

1. Yes. I put them in mine and had great results.
2. I always use synthetic.
3. For differentials I go to a quicky lube place. Normally with a few things done they'll throw in a freebie or discount.
4. Fram sucks. Wal-Mart sells the MOPAR oil filters.
