Default Truck won't start...help please!

Truck's been running fine...ran last night no problems. I go out to start it this morning and it won't start. I turn the key, it doesn't even try to turn over. I hear a clicking noise, and the dash lights blink on and off. All the lights, warning lights and so on, come on when I first turn the key. But they then go off and the back lights blink on and off. Any ideas?

I don't think it's the battery. Would the lights and everything come on if it was? Radio worked to.

NP. Yea the radio and everything will go on because there is a minor charge on the battery, but it doesn't have enough cranking amps to turn the engine over.
