yo i had a problem to... make sure the prongs are straight in the ballast, and make sure u have it wired right... the plugs that go into the ballast sometimes works boths ways...
it can be a PITA, are u using relays.. .i highly recommend them if ur not .... or u can burn out the headlight switch... but if ur sure its bad then send it back........

yeah, its the bulb, It doesnt work on the other igniter either, but un plug it and plug the other in and that one works...

oh ok so its not the ballast.. ight i miss read it.. good deal its gonna look hot when its done!

yeah, if you look at the bulb, its obviously not the same as the one that works...

sucks big time
