Thanks ya'll. It just a 2d. I'm goin to replace the original amp with this 4000w. Someone told me that I might not get enough power for the 4000w amp becase i also have a hypertech chip, and a CB radio installed. Will I still be able to pump enough electricity for everything? I thought it would but my friend has owned 3 dakotas

You can't replace the amp. You have to bypass it when you install an aftermarket HU and such because of the trucks electronics. Not sure who sells the bypass harness. Got mine from Crutchfields when I bought my HU. Amp is located behind the front passenger kick panel.

Good luck. Pretty easy process for the most part.

the 4000W are for my subs i had in my old dakota. In my '95 i just replaced it. How much does a bypass harness cost?
