debate on new shocks

They are a significant improvement over stock. If you have stock shocks, and you have urges to replace them, let there be no doubt. It will be a big improvement. I do recommend letting a shop do them...with an alignment. I did them myself. It sucks.

I also did mine myself, it was really hard time, I really recommend you to have good spring compressors, and to pay attention to the joints dissasembling procces, just that two things are the difficult ones, other than that you will be happy to do it.

About the alignment I also think you should take your truck to the a shop for that, I have not done that but that may be the reason it feels a bit strange, this next week I am going to the alignment shop.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm going to get the Rancho front struts and shocks for the rear and have the shop put them in along with my TM leveling kit and then do an alignment. Hopefully that works!
