Looks awesome, man. Something I wanna do when the weather gets nicer. If possible, let us know if the light output is affected at all or the beam pattern looks choppy shining through the grill.

the light output may MAY be a little less due to the grill, but not enought to be noticed. and there are no lines or patterns at all. I would definitly recomend having lights behind the grill. Better than I expected.

OK here are the photos (and a slight change)

rocker switch that came with the kit and location

Toggle switch I replaced the original with

(reason, the way I have this wired, the light in the rocker was always on. When it gets to below 0 here, I don't want any additional draw on my battery)

What it looks like now

Lights in front of the radiator

inline fuse attached to the power supply

Wires out of the light passenger side
142-4289_IMG.jpg

wires on the driver side

The wires are connected directly from the ground and power from the toggle switch to the light on the drivers side. the 2 wires for the light on the passenger side, are "spliced" into the ones for the driver side with these

that pretty much is it. Next projects are

HID's in the Van and 180 tstat in the truck

no. The lights are Hella FF50's they have a H7 55 watt bulb in them. "some day" they will be swapped out for some 6000k HID's!
