For the 05 to 07 dakota's I believe H13 for headlights and H10 for Fog lights
I believe this also applies to the 08 but correct me if I'm wrong.

According to every part store here in red deer alberta no one makes a replacement bulb for our fog lights? When i asked what i do when they burn out, they told me to just not use my fog lights? What the crap is wrong with these guys?

Maybe they're lazy, don't tell them what it's for just tell them you want an H10 (9145) bulb.

I replaced my fogs with Silverstars. So they Do make them for our fog lights. Don't know what they were smoking when they told you they didn't make them.
