Yes, both my tuck and my brothers ram does this it's the starter bendex not returning quick enough.

Lol I'm in Saskatchewan and I think that my truck would have died a long time ago without a block heater! It's been an extremely cold winter here, had two straight weeks of temp's below -40C, which is I think roughly -40F too? Anyways even if my truck is plugged in all night she still starts pretty sluggishly in the mornin!
