The Daystar will give the same result, 1.5"-2". It's really not much. You can find 2.5" kits on ebay from various auto shops around the country as well.

Honestly, If you already invested in the TM kit and your not happy, don't bother investing in the Daystar kit.

thanks. i appreciate your thoughts.

i am not trying to get a lot of lift, but i feel that the tm inside thestrut has only compressed the spring and barely raised the front end.i know the ride now bounces and that is with the monroes. i have read that tm has shaved down thte puck and recommends on top of the strut again. i would shave mine but i dont have access to a milling machine and it would problably cost more than a new.

also the 2.5 causes binding on the 4wd correct?

I have the TM kit installed inside the strut and I can tell you for sure it raises the front end. I forget the exact measurement I took but it was a little under 2" of lift. Let me see if I have any before/after pictures that show it decently...

Ok found em, sorry I don't have any the same angle but this works fine.

After:

Keep in mind it's on a bit of a down slope in the second pic too.

Well the bounce drove me nuts before, after the kit I felt like it got a bit stiffer, more bounce at first but didn't seem to keep bouncing as long. In my opinion it's annoying both ways but less annoying with the kit.
