Just cut the bezel, if you pull it off and look behind there I think a double DIN will fit right in once the bezel is cut, either way can't hurt to measure and see. IMO a double DIN looks much cleaner than a flip out.

I cut my bezel with a Dremel at 1 in the morning when I was tired as hell and only screwed up 2 spots a little bit. If you take your time and follow measure twice cut once you should be fine.

Not sure on the 1.5 ones. I have a flip and its alright, but i wouldent get one again. The worst part is that it covers the vents. That, and if you flip it in and out to many times the little motors dont like moving anymore. I'm would just cut and fiberglass the dash to fit a double din.

Well like I said pull it off, pull the radio and measure the area behind first, I'm pretty sure you'll have no issues fitting a double DIN in there but better safe than sorry. If the measurements are fine then yeah you'll just need to trim the bezel, that's all I had to do for the mygig install.

just make a cardboard cut out of what you would like. then tape it to the radio bezel and see how much cutting you will need to do

Yeah don't do what I did and draw on the black plastic with a pencil so you can barely see the line before you start cutting, nevermind when there's disintegrated plastic flying everywhere
