Default What do you think may be wrong? (electrical related)

I have my scanner mounted in my truck and they way its mounted, its grounded to the truck. When I went to plug the scanner in, the positive part of the plug touched the back of the scanner, which created an arc. The inline fuse blew (which its supposed to) however after that I had no turn signals, no gauges, and no radio. I proceeded home from work, I figured it was some fuses and I would fix them at home. Well on the way home I hit a bump and the dash lights all came on, the radio came on, and the gauges worked. What do you think is wrong and am I looking at a high dollar fix? Someone told me it may be a module of some sort.
