Gotta love the BBB!
Filed a complaint through the BBB against Chrysler for the faulty Front Control Module that I had to shell out over $1,000 dollars on in labor and the cost for the part itself citing that I believed that the price of the part was extreme, and that the part in an of itself was a design flaw by Chrysler as failure of it makes your vehicle unsafe to drive.
Chrysler apollogized and I simply have to send them a copy of the repair order for reimbursement.
Thanks you BBB. At least someone sticks up for little guy.

Just got my check in the mail today, all $600.20 of it that is! I would recommend that anyone else who might have an FCM fail do the same thing.

The customer service reps I talked to on the phone sounded like they were straight out of India reading pre-approved responses to my questions from their computers. I talked to one guy and then I talked to a "supervisor" and they kept repeating the same stuff over and over and weren't really listening to what I was trying to explain to them so I told them I would be getting into contact with the BBB over the issue.
Shortly after filing a complaint Chrysler calls me apologizing and requests for me to fax my receipts to them which I did and bada boom I get a check in the mail.
I guess that's what happens when you talk to people on the phone who are from India not the US.
