Question Will My Dash Lights come on?

I just became a new owner and first time Dodge owner of a 2007 Dakota, I ordered a Gibson cat back exhaust and intake kit. Will these set off dash board lights? and if so how can this be fixed? I hope it wont be a problem. How long does a 2 inch lift take to install?

Your CEL will not come on with those mods! Lift install takes about 2-2.5 hours depending on your skill and tools.

Here is a good idea of what you are getting yourself into.

Catbacks wont, but the Intake may if you dont reset so that it re-learns the parameters

Intake and cat back won't trigger a CEL, you will get a CEL if you forget to plug the intake sensor back in before you crank it up. You will want to reset the computer anyway so it learns and adapts to the mods, just unhook the battery while you're installing them, and hook it back up afterwards.
