At this point I don't have time to haggle over this this week. I'm driving to Boston tomorrow and couldn't argue and wait to get the proper work done. I am going to a different dodge dealership to have my trans fluid flushed and am going to start playing them against each other for my business. They're saying the right upper and lower need to be replaced but the squeak is really loud on the driver side. I've probably made a mistake in assuming they are talking sides from the driver seat instead of looking at the truck from the front. I plan on talking to the service manager when I get back from Boston and going through things with him, if he won't do anything then I'll do as advised above and go to the 2nd dealership and make it aware that I'm going there at the 1st.

'I almost got arrested last night don't need to push my luck today.'

Looks like nobody's asked the obvious yet. So I will. What did you do last night to almost get arrested?

The right n left of a vehicle is always from siting in the drivers seat. Just to clear that up.

Almost got arrested because my sister in law's boyfriend hit her and I got in the middle...said something about putting him in a coffin if he ever touched her again and the cops got called on me. He and his buddy changed how things happened to try and get me screwed, the sister in law was all nervous and lying about a few things and all of a sudden I was in deep crap for trying to help out.

Update on the problem: So I brought it to another dealership when I went back to Mass to help my mom move and they're saying the control arm is rubbing on the spring because of the leveling kit I installed and that's the repeated clunk noise I'm hearing in the front end.
