I dont have the instructions anymore, but here is the website link to them:

What you see on the link is what they gave me in a black and white print out. Same as the link. Just print it out and give it to the shop guy that is installing it.
(i know the instructions say dodge ram 1500, but its the exact same instructions, the kit doubles up as a ram kit as well)
