Default Safe to drill?

I'm looking for a ground for my head unit i'm installing. And I couldn't find a good ground. So I was wondering, if it's safe to drill into this steel bar?

Should be one on the back of the wiring harness from the truck. or mabye use the one on the power DC outlet. But there should be one behind the deck If I remember right.

I used the DC outlet as my acc for my deck as my truck dosen't have one for the deck, (believe me I looked) this way the deck stays on till you open a door or the truck timer shuts it off

just find a screw on metal and that should ground it, no need to drill anything
