After thoroughly searching the internet, it seems there is no decent way to get it up.

I have ordered the 2" leveling kit and the monroe front and rear shocks. Maybe I'll put a 1" rear block or a 5 leaf pack from:

I'm afraid I will have to pay it down some and trade it for a different make of 4x4.

 

Yep that's about it. Taco, Tundra, F150, SuperDuty, Silverado, Ram, Ranger, Colorado, Frontier all have at least reasonable aftermarkets.
