How many actuators did you replace, there are 3 under the dash and 2 in the right rear panel.

I replaced the 3 three in front i didn't think there was 2 in the rear since my caravan only has ac in the front

We actually had the same problem. Has to buy the whole air box, as the arm broke on the blend door, which sucked after replacing all 5 in our van front and back heat and AC, the front blend door between hot and cold broke cost another 500 to have it properly fixed. Good lock coz they have to take out the whole dash to replace it.
We feel your pain. I didn't like the fast the actuators sweep every time you open a door even with not having the van on. I almost wanna put them in a switch at the fuse panel lol

Your recirc door could be broken, we sell blend door kits for dodge, if you want to explore that option you can email me your vin to ensure if our kits would work for your vehicle. chelsea@blenddoorusa.com.
Also we recommend using OEM actuators, aftermarket ones will eventually fail again and you will have to go thru the process all over again.
