Well it seems like there's some interest in this. It doesn't have to be just 3rd gen dakotas. Everyone is invited. Emery how could I go about inviting everyone (use your special admin powers) without having to post in every forum. Any ideas? We could do a vote for FL, Georgia, or AL...whatever wins is where it's held.

 

I say georgia cause i live in Tn but i would go to Al. Savanna is a great place to have it in my opinion.

well i will go if i still have my license. Tn State trooper pulled my over and called me a lier about everything. lol I my be 19 but he said i did not own my truck when my name was on the on the registration and everything then said i did not pay for the truck! well all in all i could use some opinions about points if anyone knows anything. I have tickets on may 1 2008, july 25 2008, and may 22 2009. if may 1 counts then i have 12 points but do you guys think that may 1 would count since the ticket points only stay on for a year here.dont mean to jack the thread

 

Hey, finally something I have some expertise in. Go to court over all of them. You can either plead your case and fight it, or some judges will let you do community service or other work to counter it, with no points going on your license. If you think you can win, bring all necessary documents. You may even get lucky, because if the police cannot verify at least the date you were pulled over, you automatically win (here in florida). It's normally a smaller court, for traffic violations, so it's not too intimidating. When your "trial" begins you can either A.) Fight it or B.) choose to do community service, etc.. to offset the cost and no points towards your license. You need to be very specific as to what you're seeking. Once you've stated your plea, you cannot go back and add anything.
