I have done a lot of reading on here, most of my mods have been thanks to others on here
and there input. Lots of help here!! This last week I have done a few things to the truck. PA body lift Daystar levelling kit Monroe front struts Monroe rear shocks - still need to be installed thanks to a stubborn bolt 2" rear blocks Other than that, not a whole lot else recently here is a pic stock |
more pics to come when I figure out how to do it without photobucket or other outside site.

Good Looking truck. This isn't a pick with the lift on is it? How hard was it to install? Do you have a pic of how low the hitch sits now (if you have one)?
|
no, that's stock height. Lift isn't that hard to do if you have some basic tools. It's mostly
time consuming, expecially for the first time. If I did one again, it would be a bit easier. The kit is pretty well put together, but it was missing a few 1/4 nyloc nuts etc. that I had kicking around in my work van. The most important tools would be a 1/2 inch drive (which I didn't have), angle grinder with a cutting disk, torque wrench, floor jack, wood blocks and a set of extra hands around when you need help. |
Nice truck and welcome to the site.
