Default well... i built it, whatdo ya think (lots of pics)

i built the brackets with a three in drop to them also incase i decide to put on the body lift, and if i do i will also build a matching rear bumper with a reciver so its not hanging down below. all together with the line x, it weighs in at about 160lbs. i also wanted a tight fit on the grill guard so i had to make it fold and is also eaisly removeable.

Nice, that's an impressive DIY build. Looks like you could drive through a few brick walls before on your way to the market.

well i only spent about $150 in materials (steel) the welder and supplys were curtoursy of my uncles shop. but as far as building it, i put close to 30 hours in to it in one weekend... it was a P.I.A!!!! so, im not really looking to build any more of these or put a price on it. but for the right price i might think about it....

Very Very impressive! Really nice touch with the Line-X vs. just some paint. Where in CA are you? San Diego here.

a few other little bits... the grille guard is held down with easy to get to wing nuts under each of the headlight guards and i put a weather pack connector for the lights under the corner of the grille,so it adds about 30sec. more to open the hood. the brackets and grille guard are 1/4in. and the main bumper is 3/16in.
