Hey guys I was just wondering what my truck would be worth on the open market? I would appreciate all you Canadian guys to chime in in particular! Other than the bull bar and the new tires nothin really done to this truck. Body is good but has a few chips and scratches, the interior is above average but not perfect, Mechanically perfect. 80,000 KM. I know some gusy will try and talk me out of it but I just need a fullsize truck more often than not these days.

 

well not too sure on engine specs and sorts....but when i bought mine off the lot i was informed by the sales manager that it depreciated 40% as soon as i drove it off the lot.

 

well sell me the bull bar and then its just tires lol well i picked my truck up in december of 08 and payed $17000 canadian and its a 07 with 47000km i would say you could probally get close to that now but i am also in onatrio where the mrket is crap here not sure what part of canada you are from but i know the truck market in ontario is crap so thats why i say 17000 canadian

 

I'm in Saskatchewan here and I don't think that the vehicle market is much better. I was hoping I could get at least 15 for the truck. I think it's possible....and I don't think you want my bar lol I had to "modify" my brackets because the body bolts that it bolts up to are stubborn and more often than note have to be cut off so I modified the hole and welded the brackets on....

 

In BC here, I think the 15-17 thousand is prob the right range. if your selling it. if you plan to trade it in on the new truck the dealer prob won't go quite that high. though I'm sure if you use the right dealer they could workout a decent deal - mabye added accessories on the new truck or such. with the lower trade in value.
