You might also look into getting a plug and play interface that will make your job way easier, cleaner, and better sounding. It is probably one of these two that you would need. They can be a little pricey, but well worth skipping the aggrivation you will face if you don't. Good luck.

why not just use the high level inputs on the amp? It's not that difficult to use trailer taps to add a wire off the rear speakers and just run those to the amp...no convertor, no wire tracing.

i did it i had my buddy come over and do it for me i no its cheating but its done now and sounds good thanks anyways guys i wll try and get a pic of the sub box i made
