Not sure how that guy did it but back n the day when I had a jeep a common way to get lift was to add blocks in the back (not legal in many places) and add leaves to the front... not possible with these struts not for us lay persons that don't make baja cars everyday. The guy in the picture looks like he might be able to make his own 11 inch kit custom no problem

Yea, that truck probably isn't even street legal, sadly I believe it's all custom too.

doubt he'll answer. ive been trying to talk to him for a while. its a cheese show lift. hes got a front control arm drop bracket with spindles, a spacer, and a body lift. the rear is some shackles and blocks. the travel on that thing is junk. which is why he busted his spindle. its good if you wanna look good in a parking lot. i wouldn't drive it like that. he was trying to sell some lift spindles at one point and i was going to buy a pair but he never got around to producing them.

honestly for now just stick with a coil spacer and shackles with bigger tires. if you want to build longer control arms and get some long travel coilovers and deaver leaf springs in the rear. that would give you around 4 inches of lift but anywhere from 14-2x inches of usable travel.

agreed. If you look into his second and third page, at the kits specifics, you will see its not worth the time and effort of having him try to fab you some parts.

There are some options, and longer control arms ARE available for our truck, for a 2.5"-4". Also, there are coilovers available as well, to go along with it. In fact there is an entire lift kit. You just have to do business with airbagit, or aim industries.

http://www.airbagit.com/
that's the link he is talking about. I have heard a lot of bad things about their kits though :-( Let me know if you find out anything different! I would love to get some longer A-Arms on this truck considering how limited the stock ones are w/ the top of the strut mount leveling kit on.

not to bash monkeywrench's advice...but stay far far far away from AIM and their associated companies. their control arms would crumble under some stress compared to some boxed in uniball arms and some FOA coilovers or kings, fox, racerunners, if you got the money
