which cherry bomb
Im looking at buying a cherry bomb exaust this week. I mainly use my truck for driving around town and occasionally go offroad. I want something that sounds nice but isnt excessively loud. I also dont want a lot of noise from the exhaust to be heard inside the cab. Im also going to be installing a K&N intake this week. I was looking at maybe the pro or the extreme cherry bomb, would one of those be a good choice. And when I install the cherry bomb all I have to do is cut the old muffler off and weld the cherry bomb on? If I cut and use a tube one size larger to act as a connector would I still have to weld all the way around the tubing? I have a bit of welding experience but I have never gone thinner than 1/8" steel plate so im a little weary about welding on a muffler.

I had the good ol regular Cherry Bomb on there for quite some time with the V6... didn't sound too bad... now I just have straight pipe. I know Billy Bolt Thorton has it on the 4.7 and his sounds pretty nice...
So to answer your question, any cherry bomb should sound good....
I would just make sure the inlet on the muffler is 2"... weld or clamp will work...
