I would had been inclined to say valve lash adjuster given the history but if you hear it louder during acceleration then most likely exhaust leak and that would be a good thing in comparison.

 

yeah that's what the service guy told me yesterday when brought it in. I just talked to them and they said they're replacing the manifold. Is there a left and right manifold? I couldn't hear too well but it sounded like he said they're replacing the left and right manifold. AND it's covered under my warranty!
