hmmm well im going in to the dealer tomorrow to see what they say is damage figure this out in the mean time if any one has any points to being up with them it would be a big help.

it has to be a casting issue....i work for a chrysler dealer and i've never seen that happen without wicked impact marks...take it to the dealer you bought it from and if that doesn't work call chrysler canada and make them prove that you were in the wrong...you would think that with how slow it has been here in alberta any dealer would be begging for work even warranty....good luck man

any ways you'll notice the diff plate still has the factory ink splotch and the crack runs right under the mounting bracket allthe way up as you can see from the drivers side there are a few more in my profile and that the mount is cracked on top of the bolt to hmmm

Thats def looks like a defect in the casting/housing, holy ****! How did you notice it, oil puddle or something?

yeah i love my truck every now and then ill poke my head underneith to see whats up and spotted a puddle so looked closer to find this mess well im going down to mthe dealer to try and fight this. have them point out the impact sorry lied bout the rest in my profile computer glitched out ill try and post them today

so the final verdict is warrenty when they put it up on the hoist i asked them to show me the damage they had nothing to say. so its covered that what i thought i said. thank you guys for your imput though.
