It looks like this product is just a resistor in a box that is going to cause a false lean which will save fuel but kill your power. Your computer will adjust and ignore that the chip is even there.

85 miles per gallon? Hmm Dodge would have to be a little bit incompetent to release a motor that goes from 20mpg to 85 by changing the tune..
